(All existing
furnishings & accessories will be removed from the room to gain a
fresh new perspective. The
room will be redesigned from top to bottom using your existing furnishings
& accessories. Additional
accessories may be purchased or moved from other rooms.)
Handicap/Aging
Redesigns - $75 per hour, Assistant $12 per hour
(Same as Room Redesign with special consideration for Handicap/Aging
needs.)
Real
Estate Ready -
Plan I - $150
Plan
II - $75 per hour
(Plan I includes
consultation with client to determine needs.
A detailed list will be given to client for him/her to do the work
themselves.
Plan II includes
a complete interior redesign with clients help to organize, pack and store
items not needed for setup.)
Organize
& Declutter -
$75 per hour -
Written Detailed Plan $125
(This could be
any room, closet, garage or storage building.
We will organize in containers with clients help or permission as
well as divide into categories such as use, save, give away and trash.
This includes carrying items to the landfill or donation site.)
Color
Design Consultation - $70
per hour
(A visit to
client’s home to determine choice of colors for paint, wallpaper &
fabric. There will be one
trip to secure samples of wallpaper & fabric if needed with a return
visit to conclude consultation.)
Coordination
of New/Redesign Home Basics - $35 per
hour - Shopping or meeting with client in store.
$70 per hour - Consultations in the home.
(This service is
for new home buyers or remodelers to coordinate all basics and accessories
for your home. I will accompany you to each design store to ensure that your
home has the cohesion of elements in the correct form and finish to offer
a completed interior design look.)
Custom
Window Treatments -
Priced individually
(I will make
sure that your windows are designed and dressed to the nine’s.
After an initial consultation (not included in price) I will make
1-2 trips to the design center for swatches.
An estimate will be given and with 50% down payment the design of
your window treatments will begin. Usual
time for delivery is 3-4 weeks.)
Accessories

(Items may be
purchased such as wall art, rugs, floral arrangements and other
accessories as needed.)
